Design qualification

DQ confirms that the proposed mechanical structure, process flow, modules, safety design and documentation respond to the approved user requirements.

Factory acceptance testing

FAT simulates production conditions before shipment. Equipment motion, filling, capping, sealing, alarm handling and changeover procedures are checked with agreed materials and acceptance criteria.

Site acceptance testing

After installation and commissioning, SAT verifies performance in the customer's actual production environment and prepares the system for routine use.
